Niflheim is the first of two collaborations with Fallen Acorn Brewing Co based in Gosport, Hampshire. Taking one of our favorite beer styles and merging it with a biscuit we're not allowed to mention for fear of legal action, to create a decadent Imperial Stout suitable for the ages.

A sumptuous and rich stout brimming with the caramel crunch of 2000 'non descript caramelised biscuits' and over a kilo of 'non descript caramelised biscuit' spread. The beer is made of complex layers of rich malt flavours balanced by the subtle spice of English hops and the sweet caramel flavour of 'non descript caramelised biscuit'.

Hops - Challenger & Goldings

Fermentables - Pale, Cara Aroma, Brown, Biscuit, Oats, Double Roasted Crystal, Lactose, 'non descript caramelised biscuit', 'non descript caramelised biscuit' spread and Dark Wheat
